Announcing the launch of NASCAR’s first-ever branded experience in Fortnite: the NASCAR - Chicago Street Race map! This project marks a significant milestone as we bring the exhilarating world of NASCAR to the dynamic, creative universe of Fortnite.
Partnering with NASCAR has been an incredible journey. Together, we've crafted a unique, high-speed racing experience on a custom-built Chicago Street Course, inspired by real-world NASCAR races. This map allows players to race through the streets of Chicago, navigating multiple routes, mastering speed and drift, and overcoming obstacles in intense multiplayer races or solo time trials.
Nick Rend, Managing Director of Esports & Gaming at NASCAR, expressed his excitement: “Fortnite provides the perfect platform to engage a global audience, blending the intensity of NASCAR racing with the immersive world of Fortnite. Karta, with their incredible creativity, attention to detail, and innovative approach, were the perfect partners to help us bring this vision to life. From May 15th to July 14th, players can dive into the special event featuring the official UEFA Euro 2024 mascot, Albärt, and explore the Euro 2024 Football Island.
